All images on the non-blog portion of the website (unless explicitly noted) are the copywrite of Scott Hartman. Images belonging to other artists are reproduced with permission and remain the property of the original artists. The blog may containt images falling under the terms of "fair use", but normally belong to person(s) explicitly mentioned withint the relevant blog post. Inquiries about further use of those images should be directed to the relevant artist(s).

Images and text may not be used with the permission of Scott Hartman, and commercial violations will be . Aside from the legally-mandated boilerplate warnings, I'm really not an ogre. If you have some legitimate educational or other non-profit use in mind, or even just need some pointers in doing your own reconstructions, it's usually possible to make arrangements, so please contact me. Finally, even if using the images in legal manner (i.e in legitimate news articles or as "fair use" on another portion of the web) please provide proper credit to myself and the website, and I would appreciate it if you contact me so I am aware of the usage. This makes my life simpler, as when I am told that "website X" is using my images I don't have to use my time to investigate the usage.
